He worked for a Japanese multinational in India for eight years, establishing its IP division and building an R&D team focused on medical imaging and health care interoperability solutions. With dual Master’s degrees in computer sciences, Rajesh has spent 18 years in the IP consulting business. He has cross-functional experience in IP client relations, process management and business strategy. His expertise extends across the IP lifecycle including prosecution, renewals, consulting and IPMS implementation.

After working as outsourcing team leader for Microsoft’s IP division for five years, Rajesh helped to establish IP best practices for major corporations and start-ups in the US, Thailand and India. As VP of Operations for world's biggest IP service company, Rajesh oversaw delivery of hundreds of major patent search & analytics projects.

Balaji Thiagarajan is a US citizen with Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering with 18 years of experience in software, business and technology leadership. In his past roles, he has worked with fortune 500 companies.

He is also running a highly successful staffing business in US. His exposure includes financial and healthcare industries thru MSP/VMS. He has mentored many of the US based start-ups for building IP capability.

Richard is an international journalist, economist and IP analyst with more than 30 years of experience. He has held senior positions as an editor & analyst with the New York Times and The Economist in London and Hong Kong.

Richard speaks Mandarin Chinese, Hindi and French. He trained as an economist at the University of London. He has set up a variety of successful businesses in the US and Asia, including Sino-Indian Trade Enterprises (SITE), one of the first foreign trading companies licensed in both India and China.

IP literally runs in Richard’s family. His father, Norman J. Latker was a principal architect of the Bayh-Dole bill, which revolutionized intellectual property law in the United States and kick-started the biotech boom of the late 20th century.

Dr. Yaqub has a PhD in Mobile Communications from Keio University Japan. He has more than 25 years of experience in mobile communication networks, vehicular communications, cyber security and smart grid power systems. He has filed 35 patents relating to mobile core network products and user devices. Dr. Yaqub is a recipient of the New Jersey Hall of Fame’s Inventor of the Year Award

He is a change agent with proven track record to leverage People, Process and Potentials, an entrepreneur with diversified area of expertise, involved in many FINTECH and start-up companies. He has also won the prestigious Indian National Film Award for his very first feature film production MITHILA MAKHAN.

Rajeev Yadav is currently CISO at Fraud.Net, a leader in real-time AI-powered enterprise risk intelligence, where he is responsible for its overall information security programs, product security, and strategies. Rajeev brings more than 25 years of Information Security and Advisory roles spanning start-ups to global corporations in legal, finance, high-tech, media, telecommunications, insurance, and management consulting verticals. In his previous roles, Rajeev was Head of Information Security Architecture at McKinsey & Company and Director of Information Security at Thomson Reuters. There, he led product security architecture and solutions for most of Thomson Reuters product portfolios in Finance, Legal and IP & Science businesses such as Eikon, Westlaw, Practical Law, CLEAR, MarkMonitor, Cortellis and IP manager.

Rajeev has Masters of Science in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and sits on the advisory board for a number of start-ups. He is a CISSP and ISO27001 certified practitioner. As a hobbyist, Rajeev runs his own Internet Radio, is an RJ, voice-over artist, short films producer, and an avid digital photographer.

Stephen Kelly is Parintek Director of Sales for North America. Steve’s background covers over 20 years of experience working in the Intellectual Property industry around North America, Europe, and India. Steve is responsible for managing and growing the Sales team in Parintek North America, Client Retention, Customer Service, and supporting the overall infrastructure for the company. Steve’s experience in public, privately owned, and equity-backed organizations, offering Intellectual Property Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), IPMS, Enterprise Software and eDiscovery Software & Services.

Andrew is the managing director of Parintek Innovations Korea. He has an in-depth knowledge of intellectual property business and high-tech industry gained while working in a country director role at multinational companies for almost three decades.

Over the last decade, Andrew has led many of the fastest-growing companies in the innovation and technology service sectors such as information services, legal business sector, eCommerce and Fintech.
