Case Insight pop-up provides a brief overview of the Complaint such as: Plaintiffs, Defendants, Metadata of the Target Patent, Complaint no., Accused Products, Asserted Claim & Claim Summary. Further it even contains a Comment section which details out for which claim numbers the claim chart is available.
You can subscribe to the Prior Art Investigator’s platform by putting your email id in the subscription tab below the Litigation Insight section. After putting in the email id click on the “subscribe” button.
You will receive updates about the cases that have been uploaded on the platform and a special mention will be available if the case has a prior art available.
Order Claim Chart
To order a claim chart for a case mentioned on the platform, click on the corresponding “Order Claim Chart” button. A pop-up will be displayed requesting for details such as: Name, Email, Company Name & Project Details. You can even opt for an NDA or not. After filing in the required details click on the “Order Now” button.
After placing the order, a pop-up notification will appear on the top right-hand corner of the screen giving affirmation whether the order is successfully placed or not.
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email from the platform after the order has been placed successfully.
After placing the order successfully, pricing details, account details for payment & NDA (if opted) will be shared in a separate email than the order confirmation email. After the successful payment, the claim chart will be shared through an email as an attachment.
The delivered claim chart will contain the mapping of a prior art reference onto the claims of the “Target Patent” cited in the Litigation Insight table. The claim chart will be available for the claim numbers mentioned in the “Comments” field of the “Case Insights” section.
Yes, you can always request for a claim chart for claim numbers of the “Target Patent” other than the claims mentioned in the “Comments” field of the “Case Insights” section. Although, an additional timeline and budget will be required for the service. The request will need to be conveyed through an email conversation.
